My journey began humbly 12 years ago as a barber, with my path eventually leading me to sell Jamaican patties on the streets of East London.
I serve my customers daily, often needing to heat the patties immediately as my customers prefer them hot. To best serve my customers, I came up with a creative solution. Noticing that microwaving the patties often made them soggy, which some customers disliked, I invented a product called 'Bling Air'. This product allows Jamaican patties and other pastries to be crisped in the microwave.
My goal has always been to prioritise my customers. With my prowess in integrated science, I have been able to innovate and provide solutions. Now, I offer 'Bling Air' to other people and business owners, enabling them to make money while saving time.
With the mindset of providing value for money, we always go the extra mile for our customers.
